Start: Busstation Canterbury End: Harbour Whistable (Busstop)
This walk follows the track of an old railway to Whitstable. Important goods were imported to Canterbury from the harbor in Whitstable.
From the busstation in Canterbury we walk through Highstreet passing the medieval houses. Further to the north we arrive at Kent University with app. 20,000 students, we recognized the business school and a bioscience centre. The rural campus gives house to appear. 5,000 students.
Via a lonely Parish church in Blean we walked through Clowes Wood to South Street where some remains of the railway are left.
Whitstable, at the end, has a nice harbor where you can do shopping and drinking.
